Plan A – Air Conditioning
Coverage includes labor and parts for:
- Cleaning of condenser coil
- Cleaning of evaporator coil
- Cleaning of condensate lines
- Cleaning and lubrication of fan motors
- Cleaning of squirrel cage blowers
- Leak testing of system
- Check of refrigerant charge
- Check and adjustment of all controls
This coverage also includes a one-time spring check-up.
Air filters, parts, and refrigerant are not included.
Plan B – Air Conditioning
Coverage includes labor and parts for:
- Cleaning of condenser coil
- Cleaning of evaporator coil
- Cleaning of condensate lines

- Thermostat replacement
- High and low pressure control replacement
- Crankcase heater replacement
- Up to 10 lbs. of R-22 refrigerant
- 24-hour service May to September
