We require a minimum of 7 business days’ notice as during peak season it can take up to 10 days for us to make your delivery. If you do not have an adequate supply of fuel in your tank, please do not use this form, but contact us by telephone right away.
Additionally, if you need a quote, please contact our office for the current price.

ATTN WILL CALL CUSTOMERS
If you choose to be a Will Call customer, you are responsible for monitoring the amount of propane in the tank and calling us to have propane delivered.
During peak season, it can take up to 10 days for us to work a delivery into our schedule, so please plan accordingly.
If a special delivery during business hours is necessary, a $75 Special Trip Charge will be payable at the time of delivery. If a delivery has to be scheduled after normal business hours, a $200 After Hours Charge will be assessed at the time of delivery. Additionally, as required by regulation, if your tank runs out of gas you must be home at the time of delivery for us to do a leak test on your system, and re-light any pilots. As a Will Call customer, an additional $100 fee will be charged for Out-Of-Gas Service.
