Do I need to be home for propane delivery?

In most cases, you do not need to be home as long as we have safe access to your tank and no special instructions
are listed on your account. If we need you to be present, we’ll let you know when we schedule your delivery.

What size propane tank do I need?

Tank size depends on how you use propane—heating only, or heating plus cooking, water heating, generators, or other appliances.  Our team can review your usage and recommend an appropriate tank size for your home or business.

What happens if I run out of propane?

If you run out of propane, please contact us immediately. We’ll work to get an emergency delivery to you as quickly as we can and will complete a system leak test and relight your appliances to ensure everything is operating safely. Please note that emergency service and system restarts may incur additional charges. Automatic delivery is the simplest way to reduce the risk of future run-outs.
